Jey and Meenakshi used the block prints for the first time in their murals. It was innovative and intriguing for art lovers to make imprints on the wall.
Priyamvad is a comrade who can sketch beautifully. The moment we entered their home, we saw Pash’s poems and sketches by Priyamvad. We asked and got to know that Priyamvad used to paint poster in his college days.
Nar and Mada or Man and Woman was our concept. we wanted to portray the love between Priyamvad and Vibhavari; the love which filled hearts of many including our’s.
Meet the hosts: Vibhavari and Priyamvad deciding about what to feed Jey and Meenakshi. Quite an intense discussion…….YEAH……!
After Lunch, Meenakshi picked up the Neon shades to brighten the wall……She always choses bright colors like her headgear. ……oooops….and Jey’s Hair-threads….
NO….Its not Complete Yet..You have to scroll down…ha ha ha ha…The wall looked something like this in the evening. In the painting, woman’s hand is beneath that of man’s to signify that she forms the base of the family. The idea propagated by Priyamvad and consolidated by Meenakshi..Hmmmmm…Artistic Collaboration…
The Photo session in the evening: ”Smile please”….”I don’t want to see the camera”…”Oh I am sleepy”….”Oh I love Vibhavari”…..Priyam never said these things but Camera captured it.
This is Laughing time. All posing for camera with their teeth flashing and detective Photographer Jey is lying on the first floor taking this beautiful picture…….
”I made this….I made this….. I made this…take my picture…” The thousand watt smile flashed and our heart filled with joy..who says only painters can paint….everyone can paint and…off course ART IS FOR ALL….
The intense Priyamvad: Priyamvad painted the male with symbols of hard work…that was his way of showing his commitment to this ideals…He really sketches well…
Now the time for group photo: Man-Woman and flowery designs……Woman filled with intricate pattern and Man filled with symbols of hard work. Jey trying to see the work and get the photograph clicked.
