It was one of those wishes you write in your diary- ‘I will travel the world before I die’. I wrote it at least ten times in last ten years. I could have traveled but idea of traveling without any purpose always terrified me.
What if I get bored in the middle of the journey?
Time passed and I finally got that purpose.
Artologue was that purpose. Those of you who have been following the blog know how the idea was conceived.
Now the seed has germinated and we have decided to take the leap of faith. We have decided to take a long route and cover the Western Coast of India in the month of February.
So you may ask who we are?
The answer is we are an Artist couple lead by Meenakshi Jha and supported by me, Jey Sushil. Meenakshi paints. I write. And we travel on our BULLET.
What do we do?
We like you to invite us to your place. Once you invite us, we come to your place and paint one of your walls in the house.
You may think any painter can do the JOB. Why You guys?
Good question. We believe that there is an artist in every person’s heart. We will help you in discovering that artist. We will discuss, debate and take your help in painting the wall.

What is our interest?
Frankly speaking….we love to meet new people. I wanted to have a purpose for my travel. Meenakshi have this grand idea that Art doesn’t belong to museums and galleries but to the common houses.
What we get in Return?
Hmm…..not tricky. We get your love, support in the form of food and shelter. If you want to pay we do not hesitate to get paid. We don’t do this for money.but you can fund our travel.
Last but not the least we also write about the whole experience of painting at your place.

You can very much invite us. Actually we are looking for people to invite us specifically in GOA-MANGALORE and MYSORE.
We will be traveling on the route from PUNA-GOA-KARWAR-MANGALORE-MYSORE-BANGALORE-CHENNAI. We already have invitations from Pune, Bangalore and Chennai.
