Togetherness is passé, Threesome is awesome: Week 1

Togetherness is pas’se, Threesome is awesome. Here stares the new series which extends the I in Togetherness.

Those were his first foot prints. Official first foot prints of him on the earth. He was just born for 24 hours when these prints were taken. Apparently it was a process to be followed.

What footprints he will leave of himself in this world will be seen only in the future. May be in our lifetime..may be after we are gone.

It was just in May 2017 that we completed our Digital Series ‘I in Togetherness’ and had no plans for a baby till then. By December we thought of having a baby and it happened so fast that we became parents before we realize the gravity and responsibly which comes with it.

May be the next step of Togetherness is to become parent. A kind of seal in the Togetherness.

It has been few months of parenthood and let us say that it has not been an easy one. Since the baby came into existence our lives have gone upside down: all for good.

Meenakshi got a scholarship to study in USA and Jey took a break from his job to be with her and take care of the baby. So technically he became a full time house-husband and dad.

What footprints we have left till now in our life is for all to see. We think we are still in the process of learning and doing new things.

That is the reason we have stared this new series which we are calling ‘Togetherness is passé, threesome is awesome.’

In coming weeks we will be sharing our thoughts and experiences as parents. Just to explain don’t expect cute baby pictures in this series as this is not about a baby but about experiences of growing up with a baby.

Please do not ask for baby pictures as we are still not sure about sharing the pictures of an infant on Internet. Jey calls it ‘Iam yet to finalize he social media policy of the baby.’

So from now onwards you will see three of us. Mee, Jey and Sabad.

Next week ….The story of how we named Sabad….as Sabad. The full name is Sabad hari.
